Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA)
ORCA is an online system that replaces most of the paper-based Representations and Certifications in the solicitations with an internet application. You must be registered in ORCA if the solicitation you are responding to requires that you have an active registration in CCR. To register in ORCA, go to http://orca.bpn.gov, and click on “Online Representations and Certifications Application” in the menu on the left side of the page.
PRO-Net is SBA’s free on-line database of small businesses. It is searched by contracting officers and prime contractors seeking small businesses in particular industries and locations, often by the type of ownership, e.g., VOSB. It is an excellent marketing tool for VOSBs to gain instant and wide exposure to the federal contracting community. In addition to being self-certified as a VOSB, a firm may also provide information about the services or supplies it provides, plus a listing of awards or other favorable past performance information.
Business Partner Network (BPN)
BPN Contains databases for use by federal contractors. The BPN is a search mechanism that provides an
unprecendented views into several key databases across federal agencies. Go to http://www.bpn.gov.
